You can indent tasks this way as much times as you like, if you have the habit of making a lot of subtasks I recommend deleting one of the columns so the remaining lists become wider Alternatively you can press Delete once at the end to get rid of the check box and write normal text

Add a person first, then add Events and interactions and link them to itβs Contact The To remember property is meant as a short description to refresh your memory on a person Optionally you can filter a linked database inside a Contact to know any Event or Interaction related to that person.
